A comienzos de año, el colectivo Angry Workers of the World realizó una encuesta internacional sobre la situación actual de pandemia y confinamiento, que pronto será publicada. Aquí nuestras respuestas.
a) ¿Puede describir brevemente el impacto económico de la crisis actual y dar ejemplos de ataques a los salarios y las condiciones de los trabajadores locales por parte de los jefes y del Estado?
b) La crisis pone al Estado en el centro de las demandas políticas, tanto de los trabajadores como del capital. ¿Cómo reacciona el Estado ante esto? - En algunos casos el Estado puede tratar de difuminar esta vía, en otras situaciones se ofrece como canal político para el descontento de los trabajadores.
c) ¿Ha habido protestas contra de los confinamientos u otras medidas relacionadas con la pandemia tomadas por el Estado? ¿Cuál fue el contenido de las protestas y su composición? ¿Hubo una conexión entre "las calles" y los representantes del capital?
d) ¿Cuáles fueron las principales protestas y huelgas de los trabajadores contra el impacto de la crisis o los ataques? ¿Cuáles fueron sus puntos fuertes y débiles? ¿Qué papel desempeñan los sindicatos? ¿Surgió la cuestión del "control obrero" más allá de la defensa de las condiciones? ¿Hubo confluencias entre los grupos de "ayuda mutua" de base y las luchas de los trabajadores durante el Corona?
e) ¿Qué nuevas divisiones han surgido dentro de la clase obrera local y qué otras se han debilitado?
f) ¿Qué fuerzas políticas nuevas o de oposición surgieron como respuesta a la crisis y al confinamiento?
g) ¿Ha afectado el confinamiento a los trabajadores o a los grupos políticos cuando intentan organizar protestas? ¿Ha cambiado la forma de represión? ¿Cómo reacciona la gente a esto?
h) ¿Cuál es el actual esfuerzo teórico y práctico de su grupo para relacionarse con la nueva situación de crisis? ¿Cómo podría serle útil una colaboración internacional a ese respecto? ¿Cuáles son sus preguntas concretas a los camaradas en el extranjero?

Argentina: Crisis and coronavirus
Earlier this year, the Angry Workers of the World collective conducted an international survey on the current pandemic and confinement situation, soon to be published. Here are our responses.
a) Can you briefly describe the economic impact of the current crisis and give examples of attacks on wages and conditions of local workers by the bosses and the state?
b) The crisis puts the state in the centre of political demands, both from workers and from capital. How does the state react to this? - in some cases the state might try to diffuse this focus, in other situations it offers itself as a political channel for workers’ discontent.
c) Have there been protests against the state lockdown or other pandemic related measures? What was the content of the protests and their composition? Was there a connection between ‘the streets’ and representatives of capital?
d) What were the main workers’ protests and strikes against the impact of the crisis or attacks?
e) Which new divisions emerged within the local working class and have some divisions become weakened?
f) Which new or oppositional political forces emerged as a response to the crisis and to the lockdown?
g) Has the lockdown impacted workers or political groups when trying to organise protests? Has the form of repression changed? How do people react to this?
h) What is the current theoretical and practical effort of your group in order to relate to the new situation of crisis? How could an international collaboration be useful for you in that regard? What are your concrete questions to comrades abroad?

Argentinien: Krise und Coronavirus
a) Könnt ihr kurz die wirtschaftlichen Auswirkungen der aktuellen Krise beschreiben und Beispiele für Angriffe auf die Löhne und Arbeitsbedingungen der lokalen Arbeiter durch die Bosse und den Staat nennen?
b) Die Krise rückt den Staat in den Mittelpunkt der politischen Forderungen sowohl der Arbeiter als auch des Kapitals. Wie reagiert der Staat darauf? – In einigen Fällen mag der Staat versuchen, diesen Weg zu zerstreuen, in anderen Situationen bietet er sich als politischer Kanal für die Unzufriedenheit der Arbeiter an.
c) Gab es Proteste gegen die Einsperrungen oder andere Maßnahmen des Staates im Zusammenhang mit der Pandemie? Welchen Inhalt hatten die Proteste und wie setzten sie sich zusammen? Gab es eine Verbindung zwischen „der Straße“ und den Vertretern des Kapitals?
d) Was waren die wichtigsten Proteste und Streiks der Arbeiter gegen die Auswirkungen der Krise oder der Angriffe? Was waren ihre Stärken und Schwächen? Welche Rolle spielten die Gewerkschaften? Trat die Frage der „Arbeiterkontrolle“ über die Verteidigung der Bedingungen hinaus auf? Gab es Zusammenhänge zwischen den Basisgruppen der „gegenseitigen Hilfe“ und den Arbeiterkämpfen während Corona?
e) Welche neuen Spaltungen sind innerhalb der lokalen Arbeiterklasse entstanden und welche anderen wurden geschwächt?
f) Welche neuen oder oppositionellen politischen Kräfte haben sich als Reaktion auf die Krise und die Einsperrung gebildet?
g) Hat die Einsperrung Auswirkungen auf Arbeiter oder politische Gruppen, wenn sie versuchen, Proteste zu organisieren? Hat sich die Form der Repression verändert? Wie reagieren die Menschen darauf?
h) Was sind die aktuellen theoretischen und praktischen Bemühungen eurer Gruppe, sich auf die neue Krisensituation zu beziehen? Wie könnte eine internationale Zusammenarbeit für euch in dieser Hinsicht nützlich sein? Was sind eure konkreten Fragen an die Genossen im Ausland?
